July's Happy Time ~ A Heartwarming Time Spent Together ~

It’s our monthly “Happy Time” event. At the end of July, Entetsu Vietnam held a birthday party to celebrate employees born in July. This event is not only a chance to convey our congratulations to employees celebrating their birthdays, but also a precious moment for everyone to take a break from their daily work, chat with one another with smiles, and share a fun time together.Through these warm interactions, it became a moment unique to Entetsu Vietnam that allowed us to further deepen the bonds with our colleagues.

The event was filled with a warm atmosphere and smiles from start to finish. All employees sang “Happy Birthday” together and blew out the candles, offering heartfelt congratulations to those celebrating their birthdays in July. In addition, the president, representing the company, presented each employee with a birthday gift.He expressed gratitude for their journey alongside the company and their daily efforts and mutual support, and offered heartfelt congratulations, wishing them a wonderful new year filled with smiles and happiness.

To wrap up the party, a cute heart-shaped birthday cake was brought out. This cake symbolized our care for one another, our mutual support, and the “bonds of camaraderie” at Entetsu Vietnam. Gathered around the cake, the employees enjoyed casual conversations about work, daily events, and their personal lives. The warm words and casual conversations exchanged during this joyful time fostered a pleasant sense of unity in the workplace, creating an irreplaceable moment that allowed everyone to reaffirm their bonds with their colleagues.

At Entetsu Vietnam, we believe that a “comfortable, smile-filled workplace” is fostered not only by work performance but also by mutual care, trust, and connections between people.Casual events like “Happy Time” are also important opportunities to bring employees closer together and foster a spirit of mutual respect and support. The fact that each individual feels a sense of security—knowing they are supported by their colleagues—contributes to creating the warm, welcoming workplace that is characteristic of Entetsu Vietnam.
