If every month of the year has its own “special treat,” then “Happy Time” is one of them at our company. It’s a precious moment that everyone looks forward to every month.
Happy Time is a time to put work aside for a little while, relax together, chat, share fun stories, and—most importantly—offer heartfelt birthday wishes to the team members celebrating their birthdays that month.
And this September’s Happy Time is even more special than usual!
Believe it or not, September is the month with the most “Birthday Stars” of the entire year!
In fact, September is the month when about one-third of our team members celebrate their birthdays!
That’s a surprising statistic, isn’t it? It’s safe to say that September is truly a special “Birthday Month” for our dear colleagues. That’s exactly why this September’s Happy Time was even livelier than usual—a fun time filled with smiles!
At the party, which was filled with a joyful atmosphere, President Aoshima presented each member born in September with a small, heartfelt gift.
Though the gifts were modest, they were filled with the spirit of “Happy Birthday” and warm consideration for everyone. Sometimes, a small gift, a few words of congratulations, or simply the moment when you realize, “They remembered me,” can bring great joy. Being able to share those warm feelings together is one of the wonderful things about Happy Time.
We all sang “Happy Birthday” together, blew out the candles, and offered our “Happy Birthday” wishes with big smiles.
After the celebration, it was, of course, time for the much-anticipated meal! As we gathered around a delicious meal, we had lively conversations on a variety of topics, from work to everyday events. In a relaxed atmosphere—a bit different from our usual work environment—laughter and cheerful conversation could be heard from all around, and it felt as though everyone had naturally grown closer.It was a fun and heartwarming “Happy Time” filled with nonstop smiles and conversation.

Perhaps what stays with us most about “Happy Time” isn’t the birthday cake or the gifts themselves, but rather the moments we spend together and share laughter as a group.
A simple “Congratulations,” a spontaneous smile, lively conversation, and a group photo—even these casual moments become irreplaceable memories when shared with colleagues. And this past September, we were able to create many such wonderful memories. Let’s continue to share moments filled with smiles and build up many more memories together through Happy Time.
