On August 25, two staff members from the Enshu Railway Human Resources Department visited Enteki Vietnam and interacted with the team members. This visit served as a valuable opportunity to share information about our daily operations and current initiatives, as well as to foster closer communication.
During the exchange session, the Development Team Supervisor took the stage on behalf of Enshu Railway Vietnam to introduce the projects the team is currently handling, their areas of development, and the specialized skills of each team member. The supervisor also shared details about daily work, the challenges they face, and the team’s commitment to continuous learning and growth, providing a chance for the visitors to get to know the Enshu Railway Vietnam team on a more personal level.
In addition, our company expressed our desire to continue leveraging the team’s strengths and technical capabilities to actively participate in and contribute to the Group’s high-quality website development projects. This is not only an important opportunity to enhance the expertise of each team member but also to contribute to the further development of the entire Group as the Vietnam team.
Meanwhile, representatives from the Enshu Railway Human Resources Department explained the purpose of this business trip and introduced a health management program for Group employees. Through a concrete and candid exchange of views based on practical experience, we were able to deepen our mutual understanding of each other’s roles, responsibilities, and future directions.
And of course, no social gathering would be complete without “Happy Time”! Although it was a modest get-together, the venue was filled with laughter, and the atmosphere remained warm and enjoyable from start to finish. Transcending the boundaries of job roles and positions, the event was filled with lively conversation and smiles, creating a memorable experience that significantly brought the members closer together.
At the end of the gathering, staff from Enshu Railway’s Human Resources Department shared some heartwarming comments, noting that they were deeply impressed by the members’ enthusiasm for their work, their proactive attitude, and the bright, open atmosphere within the company. They also mentioned that the positive, warm workplace atmosphere—filled with energy and smiles—was a particularly memorable aspect of this visit.
