On July 23, Entetsu Vietnam welcomed students from Hamamatsu Nishi High School in Japan to the company and hosted a company tour and exchange event. This visit provided the students with a valuable opportunity to learn about the work environment and job responsibilities at a Japanese-affiliated company in Vietnam. Furthermore, through interaction with Vietnamese employees, they were able to gain insight into each other’s cultures and ways of thinking, making it a meaningful experience that further deepened the ties between Japan and Vietnam.
At the start of the event, President Aoshima provided an overview of Enteki Vietnam, explaining the company’s founding history, business operations, and future prospects, as well as its role as a provider of IT solutions to the Enteki Group and partner companies.Through the president’s presentation, the students gained a deeper understanding of the appeal of working in a corporate setting and the nature of work at Japanese companies in Vietnam, while also having a valuable opportunity to reflect on their future paths and careers. This was followed by an exchange session between Vietnamese employees and the students. In a friendly and warm atmosphere, the students asked a variety of questions about daily work tasks, working styles in Vietnam, differences in corporate culture, and what it’s like to work in a multinational workplace.Enteki Vietnam employees also answered each question thoughtfully, sharing insights into their own work, life in Vietnam, and real-world work experiences. As everyone exchanged ideas and learned about each other’s cultures, the venue was filled with smiles from start to finish, making for a lively and fruitful exchange.
At the end of the tour, a commemorative photo was taken with all the students and Enteki Vietnam employees, capturing a moment filled with smiles. We hope this company visit will become a lasting memory for the students and serve as an opportunity to reflect on their future. We also hope that through exchanges like this, mutual understanding and friendly relations between Japan and Vietnam will continue to deepen.
Enteki Vietnam would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone from Hamamatsu Nishi High School for visiting us.
We hope this visit will not only be a lasting memory for the students but also serve as an opportunity for them to gain new insights and learnings about working in a corporate environment and about Vietnam. Enteki Vietnam will continue to value these opportunities for exchange that connect the next generations of Japan and Vietnam, and we are committed to further expanding the circle of mutual understanding and friendship.
